1. Your License
You’re getting a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to resell these templates to your customers. You can modify, rebrand, and sell them as your own—just don’t give them away for free!

2. Sharing Rights
You can pass resell rights on to your clients, but make sure they follow the same rules.

3. Unlimited Canva Accounts
Feel free to import these templates to as many Canva (client) accounts as you like—no limits here!

4. Using Stock Photos & Videos
You can use and SELL the stock photos and videos in the templates, but they must stay within the templates. No selling them separately, in bundles, or even with a filter. If you need something different, upload your own.

6. Keep It Legal
Don’t use these templates for anything illegal or unethical. If you break the rules, your membership could be revoked.

7. Cancel Anytime
You can cancel anytime (though I hope you stick around!). After canceling, you can still use and resell the templates you’ve downloaded, but no access to new ones. No refunds for past downloads.

8. Updates & New Templates
As long as you’re a member, you get all the latest templates and updates. Cancel, and you keep what you’ve got, but no new goodies.

9. Customization Support
The templates are yours to modify, and there are video tutorials to help you out.

10. Non-Transferable
Your membership and license are just for you—no giving or selling your access to others. If someone else wants in, they need their own membership.
