What's your refund policy?
After cancellation, you retain the rights to use and resell any templates you've downloaded. However, you will lose access to new templates and updates released after your cancellation.
What happens if I cancel my membership?
Yes, we have a no-questions-asked cancellation policy. You can cancel anytime you want and you'll have access to the library and all assets until the day your membership expires.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
No, the stock photos and videos must remain within your templates. You cannot sell or distribute them separately, in bundles, or even with modifications. You CAN sell them as part of a template.
Can I sell the photos and videos separately?
Yes, you have the option to sell the templates with resell rights to your customers, but there’s no obligation to do so.
Can I pass on resell rights to my customer?
As a member, you receive both Private Label Rights (PLR) and Master Resell Rights (MRR) for all Canva templates. This allows you to customize, edit, rebrand, and resell the templates as your own.
