Terms and ConditionS (Sought After Studio, PRO plan)

Welcome to Sought After Studio with a commercial use license (Pro Plan). By accessing or using our Sought After Studio assets, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use or access our Sought After Studio assets.
Definitions
Sought After Studio refers to our company, She Talks Business, Lynn Noppen Concepts.
Assets: Refers to the digital products and content that you acquire from Sought After Studio under a Commercial Use License.
You: Refers to the individual, business entity, or organization that signed up for the Sought After Studio subscription.
Commercial Use License (Pro Plan)
By subscribing to Sought After Studio, you are granted a commercial use license to resell our templates as long as your membership remains active. This license is non-transferable and valid only during your active subscription period. If your subscription is canceled, your license to resell our products is immediately revoked. Continued use or resale of products after cancellation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
Upon acquiring assets from Sought After Studio, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to resell our templates to your customers. You MUST modify, rebrand, and/or revamp the templates before you can resell as your own. You cannot pass on the resell rights to your customer. Your customer is the end-user of your template, digital product, or client work.
You may use our stock assets (photos, videos, mockups) as part of an actual design, digital product, or client work. You may not create Canva templates where each page just contains a single image or video — that’s considered repackaging and redistributing the stock, which isn’t allowed.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Immediate Revocation of Access: Upon canceling your subscription, all access to the associated services, including any exclusive content, resources, or community features, will be immediately revoked, regardless of the remaining time in your billing cycle.
No Prorated Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no full or partial refunds will be issued upon cancellation. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel before the next billing date if you do not wish to continue.
Automatic Payment Processing: Subscription payments are processed automatically based on your selected billing cycle. If a payment fails due to an expired or declined card, access may be revoked until payment is successfully updated and processed.
User Responsibility: It is the subscriber's responsibility to manage their subscription settings, including cancellations, before the next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges.
Responsibility for Earnings
Sought After Studio is not responsible for any future earnings, profits, or losses incurred by you as a result of reselling our assets. We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, or success.
Content and Quality
While Sought After Studio strives to provide high-quality assets, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content. It is your responsibility to review, edit, and ensure the accuracy and quality of the products before selling them.
Liabilities
Sought After Studio holds no liability for any claims, damages, losses, or legal disputes arising from the use, resale, or distribution of our assets by you or your customers. You assume full responsibility for any issues or disputes that may arise.
Termination
Sought After Studio reserves the right to terminate your license to resell our assets if we believe you are not complying with these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all distribution of our products.
Modification of Terms
Sought After Studio may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms and Conditions for updates.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alkmaar, the Netherlands.
