Terms and conditions
These terms explain how you may use this website and what applies when you buy one of my digital products or book one of my services. I've written them in plain language. If anything is unclear, email me at info@shetalksbusiness.co.
1. Who I am
She Talks Business is a trade name of Lynn Noppen Concepts, run by Lynn Noppen.

In these terms, "I", "me" and "my" refer to Lynn Noppen Concepts. "You" refers to anyone who visits this website or buys a product or service from me.
2. Using this website
This website (shetalksbusiness.co) gives information about my work, my products and my services. You can't buy anything directly on this website. When you choose a product, you are sent to a separate checkout or platform, such as Stan, Skool or Flodesk. That platform's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your purchase or sign-up there.
You may use this website for your own information. You may not copy, republish or sell its content, designs or images without my written permission.
3. Digital products
This covers my Canva templates, template bundles (such as the Canva Marketing Vault) and online courses.
Price and payment. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is handled by the checkout platform. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all instalments. If a payment fails and is not completed after a reminder, I may pause your access until it is.
Delivery. You receive access or a download link straight after payment, by email or on the platform.
Right of withdrawal. Under EU law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once delivery has started. At checkout, you agree that delivery starts immediately and that you lose your right of withdrawal once you have access or have downloaded the product. Because of this, digital products can't be returned or refunded after access or download.
Something not working? If a product doesn't work as described, or a file is broken or missing, email me within 30 days of purchase. I will fix or replace it, or refund you if I can't.
4. Sought After Studio membership
Sought After Studio is a paid monthly membership. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops all future payments. Payments already made are not refunded, including partial months. If your membership includes resell rights, you may keep using and selling the templates you downloaded while you were a member, according to the license.
5. Licenses and intellectual property
When you buy a template or other digital product, you receive a license to use it. You don't buy the product itself. What you may do with it (for example, use it for clients or resell it) is described in the license that comes with each product. Please read it before use.
All content on this website and in my products, including designs, templates, texts, photos, videos and course materials, remains the intellectual property of Lynn Noppen Concepts, except for the rights given to you in the license.
Fonts used in my templates are free to use. Demo photos and videos are placeholders and must be replaced with your own before you publish or sell. If you add your own logo, brand name or images, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to use them.
6. Services: custom design, implementation, masterclasses and speaking
For custom work, I send you a proposal or quote first. It sets out the scope, price, timing and payment terms. The work starts once you have accepted it in writing (email is fine), and that agreement applies alongside these terms. If the proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal applies.
7. Liability
I put great care into my products, services and this website. Even so, I can't guarantee that the website is always available or free of errors, or that my products will deliver a specific business result.
To the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. I am not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit or lost data. These limits never apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and they don't affect your rights as a consumer under the law.
8. Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, such as Stan, Skool, Flodesk and social media. I am not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
9. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that applied when you made a purchase stay in force for that purchase.
10. Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms. If you have a complaint, please email me first, so we can try to solve it together. If we can't, the dispute will go to the competent court in the district of Noord-Holland (Alkmaar location). If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.
